Volume: The trading came in mixed for the day, as it edged up slightly in the NASDAQ stock exchange and went down little in the NYSE. The NYSE volume came in well below the 50 day moving average, as well.
Growth stocks: Leading growth stocks from our watch list had an active day. Though, the indexes were inactive, our heavy volume gainers list dominated, all day. Only a handful of stocks made it to the decliners list. Our “Top 250 – Growth Stock Daily Heat Map” that ignores the trading volume blanketed with greener shade.

Recap: The indexes over all had a quiet day. Dow Jones and S&P 500 recouped the yesterday’s losses and finished at the upper end for the week. NASDAQ close wasn’t bad either. The indexes held on to Wednesdays gain. Couple more stocks also breakout, today.
So, as we said many time before, just trade on the side of the rally. Go long.
